1995 Zema Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

A very attractive wine for short to medium term cellaring. Deep crimson colour with mauve edges, excellent ripe blackcurrant and spice nose with some vanillin oak and confectionary overtones. There is some very agreeable dusty blackcurrant flavours with hints of liquorice on the palate. Fine balance and tannin structure with long liquorice spice aftertaste. Cellar 3-5 years.
