1995 Voyager Estate Chardonnay

An outstanding follow up to the exceptional 1994 vintage and demonstrating the art of adding complexity to the wine through the skill of the winemaker. Bright pale straw colour. The nose leaps out with strong cashew and butter scotch aromas. The palate is packed with complexity - the butterscotch flavours forming the backbone -supported by biscuit cashews and barrel ferment flavours. Excellent palate length and persistence, crisp acidity and very long aftertaste. Outstanding. Cellar 5-8 years.
