Medium weight, brick red colour. Gamy, cherry strawberry nose - attractive but without the power expected from a premium pinot now. The palate displays some sappy/salky cherry flavours - good length but without power. Tannins a little firm at present, but given time, the wine will balance out perfectly. Sappy cherry aftertaste. Cellar 3 - 5 years.
