Grange is now fetching record auction prices and whilst Bin 389 is not at the same price point, it has none the less become out of reach of the poor men and a drink for affluent middle class men - Why not ask for a pay increase in order to support your 389 collection!An excellent red. Opaque crimson colour. Generous nose of ripe spicy, plum, vanilla and chocolate aromas. The palate is filled with ripe fruit flavour and has excellent weight and depth. Blackcurrant and plum flavours are dominant with some spice and blackpeppers on the aftertaste. Fine dry tannin structure - excellent balance. Cellar 5-10 years.
