Made from 100% Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine was matured in new French Nevers oak barriques for 21 months. Dense brick red colour. The nose displays cassis, cedary oak, vanilla and spice aromas. The palate is very tight and after breathing reveals concentrated cassis fruit flavours. Firm tannin structure - cellar up to 10 years. 12.5% Alcohol Volume.
