A fine Champagne. Creamy mousse, with moderate length. Fine bead of moderate persistence. Straw coloured base wine. The nose displays strong yeast autolysis character, with notes of yeast lees, biscuit, bread and vegemite appearing. Mouth filling creamy palate, with hints of biscuit and honeycomb emerging, with a hint of citrus on the back palate. Honeycomb, yeast lees and biscuit aftertaste.
