1995 Domaine de l'Arlot Petit Chablis

Bright pale straw colour. Delicate dusty/flint nose with a trace of cashew and some leesy overtones. The palate flavours are quite concentrated - mouthfilling and very subtle, yet completely satisfactory. This is a real food wine - its structure is to enhance the flavour of the dish, rather than make a contribution towards it. Clean crisp acidity, with long nutty cashew aftertaste. Cellar 5 years.
