1995 Chateau Tahbilk Cabernet Sauvignon

A blend of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc. Deep brick red colour. Aromas of ripe plums and stewed fruits with some spicy background notes. The palate has good weight with stewed fruit and liquorice flavours dominant and some ripe plum background notes. Fine grained tannins with plum spice aftertaste. Cellar 5- 8 years.
