Tasting Notes from the Winery
A blend of 70% Merlot, 28% Cabernet Sauvignon and 2% Cabernet Franc. Crimson-ruby red in colour . The nose displays sweet lifted violets, cedar, dusty mulberries and blackcurrants with a herbaceous sappy hint. The palate is rich and intense with a soft fleshy feel. A well balanced wine with good depth and length, finishing with soft fine grained, silky smooth tannins. Cellar 5 years. 13.7% Alcohol volume.
