1994 Hardys Thomas Hardy Cabernet Sauvignon

Each year, Hardys set aside their best parcel of Cabernet Sauvignon in honour of their founder Thomas Hardy. This wine has already won 5 gold medals and there is no reason to think that it will stop there.Opaque crimson colour. Magnificent aromas of spice, ripe plums, dark chocolate and cedar. The palate is full flavoured with considerable depth of flavour dominated by ripe plum, blackcurrant and spice flavours. The tannins are fine and quite firm, lingering long into the aftertaste supported by an aftertaste of dark chocolate, plum and liquorice with just a trace of leather. Cellar 8 - 10 years.
