1994 Chapel Hill Shiraz

Pam Dunsford produces an exceptional range of wines and her redsare eagerly sought after. The 1994 Shiraz is outstanding andproduced from 100% McLaren Vale fruit. Medium weight, crimsonmauve colour. The nose is very attractive with excellent oakenhancing the spicy blackpepper shiraz fruit. There is plenty offlavour on the palate with ripe blackberries and spicedominating the vanillin oak. Firm tannin structure and very longblackcurrant and blackpepper aftertaste. Cellar 5-8 years.\Z
