This isdefinitely your last chance to stock up on this wonderfulexample of Barossa shiraz. Deep crimson ruby colour -magnificent ripe crushed blackberry and plum aroma, withvanillin oak overtones. The palate is generous, full bodied withlots of blackpeppers, spice and inky stewed fruit flavours -enhanced by sweet vanillin oak. Fine firm tannin structure withvery long aftertaste. The oak seems just a touch dominant atthis stage, but is well supported by the generous ripe fruitpalate. Perfect harmony in about 5 years time.\Z
