1993 Bannockburn Pinot Noir

This wine won't over power your senses just yet - you'll have towait about 5 years for that. Medium weight, brick red rubycolour. The nose is a little restrained at this stage showingcharacteristic raspberry/strawberry aroma with a hint of gameand stalks. The palate displays good depth of flavour withbeetroot/spice and toasty oak dominating - a little leaner thanexpected, but it will build, long aftertaste.\Z
