1992 Yalumba Menzies Cabernet Sauvignon

This is a tightly knit wine that needs some time to build andblossom. Deep crimson, brick red colour - superb nose displayingsophisticated use of new French oak. Violets, blackcurrants andcedar almost perfumed with toasty oak notes to the background.The palate is compact but opens with a breath and revealsblackcurrant flavours complimenting toast, oak and spice,excellent depth. Cellar 10 years.
