Made only in vintage years, Cuvee Dom Perignon is produced exclusively from the noble grape varieties Chardonnay and Pinot Noir selected from the best crus in Champagne. 'The wine benefits from a long aging in the cellars and then expresses the unique style of Dom Perignon, precise, complex, ethereal, silky and sensual.

After three years of spring frosts, the Champagne vineyards finally enjoyed accelerated budding under mild conditions. The hot summer was marked by a few scattered hailstorms. The harvest was early and the wines extremely well-structured.

TASTING NOTES: Pale yellow colour with golden reflections. The nose opens on a floral note followed by aroma of candied grapefruit peel, hazelnut and spices. The palate is sleek, intense, lively and racy with persistent flavours of dried fruit. Precise fine texture.
