1992 Chateau Tahbilk Shiraz

The 1992 Tahbilk shiraz is very good - and in manyways delivers just what is expected. Deep crimson brick redcolour. The nose displays plenty of stewed plum, spice andblackpepper aromas over an earthy background. The ripe shirazfruit characteristics dominate the palate with its distinctstewed plum and dark chocolate overtones. Excellent length offlavour and long spice aftertaste. Cellar 10 years.\Z
