1991 Lindemans Museum Release Coonawarra Limestone Ridge Shiraz Cabernet

The magnificent 1991 Lindemans Limestone Ridge is one of the best ever to be released under this label and has won as many as 6 Trophys and 11 Gold medals - testament to its outstanding quality and individual style.

Tasting Note: Deep ruby-plum in colour. Spicy Coonawarra Shiraz aromas, complexed by ripe, blackberry Cabernet fruit dominate the bouquet. This is complemented by 'sweet', toasty, coconut oak and rich ground-coffee barrel fermentation characters. The palate is full bodied and rich in fruit flavour, perfectly balanced by oak and fine soft tannins. The result is a complex, harmonious flavour and superb palate length. This is a great wine from a classic Coonawarra vintage.
