1991 Leo Buring Museum Release Leonay DWU 13 Riesling

A magnificent aged Riesling, that is still very lively. Bright, brassy gold colour, showing good bottle development. The nose is classic aged Riesling, with wonderfully intense ‘kero’ notes over a honey and toast background followed by a citrus aftertaste. The palate has excellent depth with strong kero and toast flavours over a honey and citrus background. Very good length and depth. Crisp acid finish followed an aftertaste of lemon, honey and toast.
