1991 Bullers Vintage Port

This wine is very youthful when compared with the 1978 and 1987 Vintage Ports. Very deep tawny brown colour. The spirit is very lifted at this stage, and needs time to settle down. Aroma of liquorice, distinct brandy spirit, liquorice and toffee. On the palate, flavours of Raisin cake, toffee, brandy and spice, with the brandy spirit remaining quite assertive.
Cellar 8 – 10 years and maybe more (2009 – 2010)
