A very desirable Mortlach that looks to be one of the bargains from the 2021 outturn, filled into a refill Hogshead then finished in a fresh Sherry Butt for fifteen months. The distillery style is typically masculine, full bodied and plush. Signatory's is young, but already deeply coloured, and reports have it that the sherry input is significant with lots of dried fruits and Christmas spice. 57.8% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered. 705 bottles.
