Widow Jane The Vaults 15 Year Old Straight Bourbon Whiskey (750ml)

A blend of Bourbons from Tennessee and Indiana aged for 15-17 years, with the batch finished in casks made from five year air-seasoned Appalachian oak. Self described as the company's most hedonistic Bourbon to date, the super-seasoned barrels bestow a deeper colour and richer flavours. Expect decadent notes of dark brown sugar, roasted vanilla bean and exotic spice.

There are varying reports on the 2020 outturn which suggest somewhere between 3500 -5000 bottles were produced. Regardless, very little has made it to Australia. Non chill filtered. 49.5% Alc./Vol.
