There have been several iterations of the Kurayoshi 23YO, each featuring different Japanese artworks. Matsui Shuzo, owner of the Kurayoshi brand, has been sourcing and selling imported age statement malts, but only started to distill whisky in 2017, consequently this will be composed of both local and imported malts.
