This is Boutique-y's first whisky from Japan, and the first indie Japanese bottling to hit our shelves! 940 bottles are available with a small number allocated to Australia. Going by various reviews, expect a strong sherry influence.

Notes from the bottlers... Nose: Fresh fig jam, diced almond, a touch of tobacco and subtle vegetal wafts. Palate: Coffee and walnut cake, rum-soaked raisin, dried red chillies. Slightly buttery at points. Finish: Subtle wine-like qualities - rich and fruity. 47.9% Alc./Vol.
