Suntory Royal Blended Japanese Whisky (700ml) with Royal Doulton Ceramic

A light'n'easy-drinking style, Suntory Royal was first introduced in 1960 to mark the company's 60th anniversary.

Little to no information could be found on a recently acquired decorative bottling (if a reader out there has any valuable information, we'd love to know), however, we speculate these to have been produced from the late 1970s through to the 1980s, consistent with the trend of the time for 'novelty' bottle shapes.

The bottle is accompanied by a Royal Doulton ceramic figurine featuring a pair of cellists. Very good condition. 43% Alc./Vol.
