The American Oak Old & Rare range showcases some of the distillery’s oldest and most exceptional American oak casks, aged far beyond the standard American Oak Single Cask releases. Drawn from barrels that have allowed the development of extraordinary depth and complexity over more than a decade, these whiskies offer richer, more concentrated flavours and a luxurious texture that only extended maturation can achieve. Bottled in highly limited quantities, they represent the pinnacle of Sullivans Cove’s American oak expression.
