The Sullivans Cove HH0004 American Oak Second Fill 24 Year Old is a rare piece of Australian whisky history, drawn from one of the distillery’s earliest casks. Matured for nearly a quarter of a century in a second fill American oak barrel, it offers a remarkably refined profile where the gentle oak influence allows layers of tropical fruit, honeyed malt, and delicate spice to shine. With only a handful of bottles in existence, it is a once-in-a-lifetime expression from Tasmania’s most awarded distillery.

A well-aged Sullivan's Cove, filled into a cask in Oct 1999 and bottled in Jan 2024. 335 bottles produced.
One only from a private collection. 52% Alc./Vol
