Sullivans Cove American Oak is a series of single malt whiskies drawn exclusively from American oak ex-Bourbon barrels. Each cask is aged in Tasmania’s unique climate for a minimum of 10 years, with many exceeding this. Bottled unblended and one cask at a time, each release reflects the distinct influence of its specific barrel. While the ABV varies from cask to cask—typically falling between 47% and 50%—all expressions are non-chill filtered and free from added colour. As one of the foundational expressions in the Sullivans Cove core range, the American Oak Single Cask highlights the purity of distillation and the consistency of house character when matured in a controlled, familiar cask type, offering notes of vanilla, stone fruit and soft oak spice.
