Shinshu Mars Distillery Kasei Blended Malt Japanese Whisky (700ml)

Kasei, meaning Mars in Japanese, has been made to exemplify Shinshu Mars' whisky making style. At almost 800 meters above sea level, it is Japan's highest distillery and, therefore, nearest to its namesake, Mars. Consisting of both malt and grain whiskies, expect some light and spritzy white fruit character with some softening vanilla and a whiff of smoke around the edges.
