Laizhou Distillery Sherry Harmony Small Batch Cask Strength Single Malt Chinese Whisky (700ml)

Laizhou's 'Sherry Harmony' releases are batch numbered limited editions of around 10,000 bottles per outturn. Their creation involves a tenfold fusion of sherry casks, running the gamut of classic Spanish styles, including Fino, Amontillado, Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez, Moscatel, and Palo Cortado. A cascading aging technique blends spirits of different vintages through a multi-level cask system (Solera), creating a balanced and intricately layered flavour profile for every batch.  The resulting whisky is something of a landmark for the Chinese industry, having already received critical acclaim, including a Double Gold at the World Whisky Awards in 2026. Reportedly natural strength at 53% ABV, the premium presentation includes a weighted stopper and ten gold lines elegantly encircling the bottle, symbolising the ten distinct sherry casks.
