Made from 100% unpeated malted barley imported from the UK, double-distilled in Forsyths copper pot stills, Ki One's Eagle edition is matured in a combination of new American oak barrels from Missouri and ex-bourbon barrels from Kentucky. It was conceived as a classic interpretation of the distillery's style, drawing on the influence of American oak, featuring peachy fruitiness, sweet vanilla, nutmeg, hints of banana and raisins. While it may not offer the most complexity or depth in the range, it gives a window into Korea’s climate-driven maturation and succeeds in creating a highly accessible expression. 43% Alc./Vol.
