The Ki One Distillery only laid down its first cask in June of 2020, meaning that at the time of writing, this whisky could at most be just shy of five years old, or even younger, depending on when it was distilled. Exclusively matured in x-Bourbon casks, the profile is described as dense and oily with a massive wave of canned peach sweetness, simple syrup, honey, pepper, mint, and a touch of bubblegum, all typical of American oak.
