The Lowlands release of Johnnie Walkers Black Label Origin series, showcases the rich, creamy mouth feel from their standard Black Label 12 Year Old, rounding out this idea by maturing in a bourbon barrel. With whiskies from Glenkinchie and Cameronbridge, this whisky has some grain content, alongside some malts, bringing added sweetness and floral notes to the fore. Much like the Speyside release, expect an absence of smoke when compared to the standard Black Label 12 Year Old.
