This single vintage, single vineyard sweet vermouth made using Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes from the Adelaide Hills is a collaborative effort between Imperial Measures Distilling, Guthrie Wines and Sommelier 'Extraordinaire', Duncan Vent. On its own, 'SV' is a rich, ripe and delicious aperitif that will also add value to any cocktail.
