Notes from the producers... Nose: Sweet and inviting with layers of spiced sultanas, marzipan, and dried prunes. A festive hint of steamed Christmas pudding rises through the glass-rich fruit, orange zest, and a gentle waft of warm brandy butter-while baked apple adds a subtle orchard warmth. Palate: Bold and complex. A rich wave of dried fruits opens the palate before evolving into dry, spiced oak. Think of a slice of our Christmas pudding doused with our own whisky: dark raisins, candied peel, nutmeg, and a trace of brandied cream.
