A logical addition to Knockdhu's family, given that the distillery is perched close to some of the finest barley and peat bogs the Highlands offer. Unlike AnCnoc Peat Heart, which features 100% peated spirit and has been solely matured in ex-bourbon casks, this is a combination of unpeated and peated distillate that gets finished in sherry butts creating a soft, sweet, smoky malt that's more accessible than many Islays. 43% Alc./Vol.
