Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of fresh pear and apple are overlaid by some honeysuckle with a faint quince end note. Light and crisp the palate has refreshing flavours of pear, apple and light honeysuckle with flinty mineral infusions on the dry crisp finish. Aftertaste of pear, honeysuckle and flinty mineral.
