2013 Joseph Cattin Pinot Gris

Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Pronounced aromas of subtle rose petals, ripe pears and honeycomb are followed by bees wax and spice end notes. Luscious palate flavours of ripe pears, honeysuckle and bees wax are wrapped up in a creamy texture with a touch of spice also present. Soft acidity with some residual sugar evident on the off dry finish. Aftertaste of ripe pears, honeysuckle and bees wax.
