A blend of 80% Grenache, 15% Syrah and 5% Mourvedre. Opaque deep dark red colour with deep dark crimson red hue. The nose displays aromas of black cherries, liquorice, dried meat, a touch of earth and spice. Full bodied the palate delivers rich flavours of black cherry and liquorice along with some meaty characters, blackpepper, earth and spice. Chewy mouthfeel with dryish slightly firm but balanced tannins. Excellent depth with long black cherry, liquorice, meaty earth and spice aftertaste.
