Opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Pronounced black cherry aromas are to the fore followed by some liquorice with an earthy leather overlay and spice end notes. Generous black cherry and liquorice flavours are to the fore but quickly dry out to leave a back palate of scorched earth, leather and spice. Dry finish with chewy firmish tannins. Moderate aftertaste of black cherry, scorched earth, leather and spice.
