Notes from the bottlers... Matured for 15 years in a single ex-bourbon cask before bottling in 2021. The nose is light, with heather smoke and notes of vanilla, lemon and a touch of coastal character. The palate is peppery, with more citrus and smoke, with a graphite minerality sitting alongside the sea spray notes lovely. A long and delicious finish with more of the smoke notes highlighted. 56% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered. From a cask of 360 bottles.
