Opening sniffs are floral-soft, enticingly fruity (apple, pear-drops) with cinnamon and vanilla. 2-3 minutes air contact accents oily notes, dusty cocoa and oak shavings. A superbly pure, buttery delivery, buzzing with orchard fruitiness, cup cakes and sweet spice. Finishes with cool-mint-like freshness and perfect sweet dry balance. Stunning Irish. Non chill filtered. 48.1% Alc./Vol.
