Another spectacular taste experience. Made from Pedro Ximinez, this wine is totally opaque, with a black brown colour and a deep brown, green olive hue. The nose is a touch restrained, but after a little coaxing reveals exotic aromas of molasses, treacle, fresh liquorice and honey. The palate is a total concentration of molasses, treacle and honey – an extraordinary palate experience. Very powerful – velvet smooth texture, with exceptionally long aftertaste of honey, liquorice and spice. Enjoy with Christmas cake.
