The Lark Distillery Wolf Release Second Edition Cask Strength Single Malt Whisky (500ml)

Produced using x-Lark whisky casks, carefully selected by Wolf of the Willows Brewing Co., decanted, and sent on a journey across Bass Strait. They were then filled with the Wolf’s Imperial Johnny Smoked Porter and left to age, before being emptied and returned to Tasmania, to be refilled with Lark single malt whisky. The result is the 'Wolf Release': a unique single malt whisky that reflects an adventurous and collaborative journey. Very limited stocks.

Notes from Larks... Colour: Auburn / Rose Gold. Nose: Chocolate orange, stewed fruits, raspberry Guinness, malty and musty. Palate: Apple custard, buttered pastry, juicy fruits, cherry ripe chocolate, smoked meat. Finish: Earthy, campfire smoke, chocolate shortbread dough, brazil nuts and dried fruits. 54% Alc./Vol.
