Australia is lucky to receive anything at all. The remarkably high standard and limited nature of official Willetts means they will be on collector's radars more than ever before. We have secured tiny allocations of two 'Rare Release' Bourbons. Given the quality of similar bottlings we've tasted, both are sure to be Kentucky gems and come with a strong 'buy now' recommendation. Willett are more than a little fanatical about wood selection, so you can be sure the barrels used here have been selected by a producer at the very top of their game. The only downside is that prices have gone up in the last few years and we expect they'll continue to increase.
