Very tasty and unexpectedly intense for this make. 195 bottles from a re-racked cognac cask. 58.9% Alc./Vol. Non-chill filtered.

Notes from the bottlers... Nose: Bright and vibrant, with citrus and tropical fruit, notes of bubblegum and orange oil, underpinned by soft cereal sweetness. Palate: Smooth and delicate, combining a gentle malty core and juicy citrus notes. Finish: Light but dry, with a touch of peppery spice.
