Aromas are only moderately expressive of earthy agave and include white pepper and suggestions of pineapple pudding. 2-3 minutes turns the bouquet leaner, dried herb-like then minerally and lightly smokey. Clean, oily-yet-fruity delivery is satiny-textured with mineral, tangy agave, brine and a white pepper accented finish. Ends dried fruit-like, gently sweet, briny then ashy and dry. 40% Alc./Vol.
