Rich aromatics with a full flavoured yet sculptured palate that has a dry chalky finish.

Made only from Chardonnay with vines 40 years old on average, Brut Nature is produced with zero dosage.
Pours with an exuberant mousse that holds well over a pale gold base that has pale gold tinged edges and a very persistent fine bead. Rich aromatics of baked bread, citrus, yeast lees and dried honey are followed by some brioche and roasted almond notes. Full flavoured yet sculptured with a dry chalky finish, mouth filling baked bread, yeast lees and roasted almond characters combine with citrus, brioche and oyster shell like elements. Crisp acidity concluding long and tense.
