Based on Marsanne wine infused with cinchona bark and botanicals including orange rind, lychee and green tea, this moreish, Lillet-esque aperitif starts off like a fruity Gewurtztraminer but ends clean and crisp with dominant notes of quinine and bitter citrus peel. Its character shows best simply over ice or with minimal sparkling water. Add orange rind to garnish. 21% Alc./Vol.
