Tria Prima Shaman Batch #2 Single Malt Australian Whisky (700ml)

One in a series of 'character' themed malts from Tria Prima, each represented by artwork from artist, Matt Kavanagh. 'The Shaman' is aged in x-Bourbon casks, initially revealing hints of green wood, white pepper and faint grassiness on the nose before settling into thick malt and vanillas. The richness repeats on the palate as tea biscuits and cream sponge cake with a moderate spirit kick. Sweet malt and dark chocolate complete the finish. A mainstream profile for a Bourbon matured dram - also unusually elegant for Australian whisky. 46% Alc./Vol.
