Tria Prima Enchantress Batch #2 Single Malt Australian Whisky (700ml)

Batch #1 of The Enchantress was a vatting of two 100 litre McWilliam's Apera casks, scraped and given a low char. We assume a similar process was employed for batch #2. The aromas are softer than 'The Shaman' release; On the palate, the sherry quietly spoken, in balance with a general malt'n'chocolate drive. Subtle dried apricot juiciness lifts the finish while warming spirit and buzzing spices bring vibrancy, carrying the aftertaste.
